Section on Physics and Chemical Engineering Vol. 2 No. 01 published in April 2024

2024-06-11

The Physics and Chemical Engineering (PCE) section of the Journal of Science and Technology (JST) at Le Quy Don Technical University is a specialized part of the journal that publishes full-length articles in English. The journal publishes two issues per year, normally in April and October, and all scientific articles undergo a double-blind peer-reviewed process by at least two reputable experts who have numerous international publications in the fields. The nominal average review time is approximately 90 days .

In April 2024, JST-PCE Vol. 2 No. 01 published 10 original research works that have made significant contributions to both theories and practical applications. These articles provide solid knowledge within and far beyond the specialized field of Physics and Chemical Engineering. They cover various topics of current interest, such as: Properties of residual char from bagasse [1]; Thermal and mechanical characteristics of pyrotechnics [2]; ikonal approximation and polaron energy [3]; Interaction of solitons in waveguide arrays [4]; Sodium-ion battery; sodium molybdate [5]; Exo-tetrahydrodicyclopentadiene; endo-tetrahydrodicyclopentadiene [6]; Sodium ion battery; alkali metal oxide - transition metal oxide; [7]; NiCo2O4 nanochains for microwave absorption [8]; ZnO superspheres via sol-gel process [9]; Smoke compositions based on red phosphorus [10].
