Author Guidelines

1. Double blind review: LQDTU-ICT reviewing is double blind, in that authors do not know the names of the reviewers of their papers, and reviewers do not know the names of the authors. Avoid providing information that may identify the authors in the acknowledgments (e.g., co-workers and grant IDs) and in the supplemental material (e.g., titles in the movies, or attached papers). Avoid providing links to websites that identify the authors. Violation of any of these guidelines may lead to delay of review. (Blind review does not mean that one must remove citations to one’s own work. Blind review means that you do not use the words “my” or “our” when citing previous work. That is all.)

2. Papers must report the original work of the authors, and neither the article nor any of its parts is copyrighted or currently under review for any journal, edited collection, or conference proceedings.

3. Papers can be written in either Vietnamese or English and use the A4-size format with Times New Roman font, 12pt font size, header and footer margins are 4 cm, and the left and right margins are of 4 and 3 cm respectively.

4. Diagrams used in the papers must be fully annotated and clear. If you use images, the images should be in black and white and crisp.

5. In reviewing process, Word and PDF files are used. If accepted, papers must be prepared using LaTex.

6. References, quotations must have all the information in the following order: Name of the author (or editor), title (name papers / magazines, scientific reports), place of publication, publisher, year of publication, page numbers.

7. Contact details of the authors and affiliations, together with the file contains the contents of the papers (both pdf and source files) should be sent via email.

8. Papers must have a title in both Vietnamese and English. Each paper should be accompanied by an abstract in English (font size 10, maximum 150 words) to provide the necessary information on the main results of this article.

9. The Paper structure consists of several parts: the introduction, the scientific content of the article and the conclusion (Write a separate item). Articles must come up with new results or new applications or to address the current situation, the basic development of the mentioned issues. The papers shall not exceed 15 pages.

10. For scientific correspondents, or letters, they can be the translated ones, Overview or the literature surveys.
