Culminating preparations for the publication of Section on Information and Communication Technology, Vol. 14, No. 01, June 2025

Within the specialized field of Information and Communication Technology, the Editorial Board of JST-ICT has received several submitted manuscripts encompassing a diverse array of topics, spanning some specific research directions such as: searching semantically on a large dataset of hacking news, extracting spatial-temporal features using deep learning, post-quantum digital signature scheme, feature selection for storm surge forecasting, framework for HTTP/2 over MPQUIC, bitmap classification strategy for AMBTC-compressed images, machine learning-based dose recommendations for removal of residual thyroid tissue, empirical analysis of RGB-IR feature fusion for UAV-based object detection...

Of the authors who submitted manuscripts for JST-ICT Vol.14, No.01, a significant number have previously contributed high-quality scientific works to esteemed international journals and to LQDTU-JST. Notably, many of these contributors originate from prestigious educational and training institutions. These include Vietnam National University; Hanoi University of Science and Technology; Academy of Military Science and Technology; Command 86; 108 Military Central Hospital; Phenikaa University; FPT University; Kumamoto University, Japan; Chiba University, Japan...

At present, the submitted manuscripts are undergoing a thorough two-way blinded peer-review process by at least two leading experts in their respective research fields. These experts are associated with respected research institutions and educational organizations such as Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology, Hanoi University of Science and Technology, VNU University of Science... The primary objective is to ensure the content's quality and accuracy, with the aim to publish the accepted manuscripts online in JST-ICT, Vol. 14, No. 01 in June 2025. Upon acceptance, these manuscripts will be assigned Digital Object Identifiers (DOIs).

For the upcoming publication cycle, JST-ICT will start accepting submissions for Vol. 14, No. 02 in English, set for release in December 2025. The collaborative efforts and support from experts, scientists, and authors are greatly appreciated in this academic endeavor.
